Michael leads the firm's economic consulting, fiscal related efforts, blight assessment and RDA assistance. He surrogates leadership positions in real estate advisory, environmental impact reporting (EIR), valuation services, and other research efforts.
The accountancy aspect of the operation is supervised by one principal, but project management and execution is lead by a senior level accountant.
